The Proven Furnace Repair Experts

Being worried about your comfort shouldn’t be something to dwell about as seasons change and temperatures drop in Aurora. It’s critical to remember that even as you transition from using your air conditioner to a furnace, both systems work independently and should be maintained as such so you can avoid AC and furnace repairs. After all, you don’t want to be faced with your furnace going out during the coldest part of winter.

We have more or less seen all that the Aurora weather can throw our way, and we’re here to make sure you’re comfortable even when it seems like the weather can’t get any more unpredictable. We recognize that if you’re reaching us at 3 a.m., all you desire is for your furnace to be fixed quickly, and correctly, the first time around so you can get back to having a warm home. That’s why our team of NATE-certified technicians is accessible at any hour, day or night, to take care of any furnace repair you may need. Plus, our team has the knowledge and proficiency to repair your furnace regardless of the make, model or age. You can rest easy knowing that we can take care of any issues that may come up.

Of course we also must say that we extremely recommend that you have annual furnace service completed so that you’re not stuck contacting us in the middle of the night with a broken furnace. There are also a few things that you can check yourself prior to calling us, so if you do end up calling, we’ll both be on the same page and know that these minute things have already been monitored.

  • Do you have the thermostat set to “heat”? – Once brisk weather finally settles in for good, it can be easy to forget that you need to have your thermostat turned over to “heat.” It happens a lot more often than you’d think, so be sure you double-check your thermostat and its setting.
  • Is the furnace switch on? – Commonly on the side of your furnace, the furnace switch looks like a normal light switch and should be flipped up, or on. If it’s not, flip the switch on, and once the built-in time delay period has ran, your furnace will turn back on. The time delay is normally only a couple minutes.
  • Have you changed your furnace filter? – Forgotten about more than people woud like to accept, furnace filters play a considerable role in the performance and efficiency of your system. There’s also a probability that it could prohibit your furnace from functioning at all. Be sure to swap your furnace filter out every three months for maximum performance.
  • Look at your circuit breaker – Another component to check is your circuit breaker. If the breaker switch for your furnace is tripped, you can cycle it off and then back on. Doing so should allow the system to kick back on. If it doesn’t, give us a ring and we can work together to figure out what the problem is.

*If you notice a strong gas smell, call Service Experts immediately.

Furnace repair and service doesn’t have to be something that instantly raises stress. In fact, it should never be that way when you recognize that you have a team like the specialists at Service Experts around. Regardless of the problem you’re confronted with, we’re here 24/7 to be sure your system is operating correctly and providing you with a comfortable home. Give us a call at 303-647-5853 or schedule an appointment with us online to get something set up today.
